Welcome to Vuur, a social video platform provided by Vuur L.C. By using our mobile application or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vuur. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The Services are not directed to, and may not be used by, individuals under the age of thirteen (13) years, or such higher age as is required by applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction (“Minimum Age”). By accessing or using Vuur, you represent and warrant that you have reached the Minimum Age.

If you are a parent or legal guardian who allows a minor to use Vuur, you assume full responsibility for that minor’s use of the Services, including all activity conducted through their account.

You may not upload, post, or share any content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way. This includes sexualization of minors, grooming behavior, harassment, or encouragement of unsafe or unlawful activity involving minors. Accounts engaging in such conduct will be terminated, and Vuur may report violations to law enforcement or child protection authorities as required by law.

Vuur does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the Minimum Age. If Vuur becomes aware that it has collected personal information from a child without verified parental consent where legally required, such information will be deleted promptly and the associated account may be terminated.

To access Vuur, you must create an account using your phone number. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• All videos, comments, and profile content you upload are public by default.

• By uploading content, you grant Vuur L.C. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

• You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

• Contains nudity, sexually explicit, or pornographic material

• Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or criminal activity

• Contains hate speech, targeted harassment, or abusive content

• Depicts illegal drug use, weapons, or unsafe behavior

• Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property

• Includes spam, misleading claims, or malicious links

Vuur may remove or restrict such content and take enforcement actions including warnings, temporary suspensions, or account termination.

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, Vuur reserves the right to review, scan, and analyze any content uploaded to the platform—including images, videos, captions, and other user-generated content—using automated systems or manual review.

Vuur may remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

Repeated or severe violations may result in account restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans through a strike-based enforcement system.

By using Vuur, you consent to this review and enforcement process as a condition of using the platform.

You agree not to:

• Post content that infringes on third-party intellectual property or violates any law.

• Engage in harassment, spam, or impersonation.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or harm the service infrastructure.

Vuur L.C. complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe content on Vuur infringes your copyright:

We respond promptly to valid takedown requests and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Vuur displays ads and uses analytics tools (including Firebase) to improve the service and fund platform operations. Usage data may be collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Vuur is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Vuur L.C. disclaims all liability for damages related to your use of the app.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Vuur after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
